Delivery and pickup
I ship my pieces to almost any country in the world (except Russia, Israel, and Canada) via Polish Post, and if you don’t see your country in the checkout list, just email me and we’ll sort it out. Within Poland, including Warsaw, I send parcels through InPost to the parcel locker most convenient for you, and this usually takes 1–4 days. In Warsaw, you can also pick up your order for free from my studio on Ząbkowska street by prior arrangement. If you need urgent delivery, write to me on Instagram or by email — I can send your order with an Uber courier. Delivery to EU countries usually takes about 1–1.5 weeks, and to countries outside the EU approximately 2–4 weeks
Problems with payment?
If you run into any issues with payment, feel free to message me on Instagram or via email. Be sure to include a detailed description and, if needed, attach a screenshot. I’ll get back to you as soon as possible. Just a heads-up, I accept payments from all countries except Russia.
How can I check on my order?
If you’ve placed an order and haven’t heard back for a while, or if you’re feeling anxious and want a quick update, I recommend messaging me on Instagram or via email. I usually respond faster there. Thanks for your patience!
How to leave a comment on the order?
Click on the cart icon, a field for your comment will appear. Type whatewer you need and place your order after that!
Do I take custom orders?
At the moment, I’ve paused taking custom orders. Everything that’s available can be easily found here on the website.
Is it safe to wash my tableware in the dishwasher?
Yes! However, to prolong its lifespan, I still recommend washing the item by hand. If you notice any tea or coffee stains over time, I suggest using a melamine sponge to remove them.
A few words about me
Hi everyone! My name is Mila. I'm originally from Belarus, and now I live in Warsaw. I've been working with ceramics for 6 years, and for the past 4.5 years, it's been my main occupation. Creating one of my pieces involves several stages: from the idea, hand-building, and fine painting, to two firings in a specialized kiln. One piece usually takes about a month to complete. I've recently started working from a studio right in the heart of Warsaw's Praga district! You can buy my ceramics in the studio or here on the website. I also try to take part in ceramic markets in Warsaw two or three times a year. I truly appreciate your support, feedback, and purchases!
